Regional Head – Broking Sales

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Lead and manage broking sales operations across the assigned region, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and channel partners to foster long-term business engagement.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
• Mentor and develop regional sales teams to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in insurance broking or related distribution channels.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale sales operations and broker/channel teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance broking platforms.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools, lead management systems, and performance dashboards.
• Ability to leverage data analytics for client insights and strategic decision-making.
