Regional Head

Currently we are hiring for a Regional Sales position at an Asset Management company based in Surat. As the Regional Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with financial advisers, clients, and key stakeholders, and monitoring market trends to drive business growth. To ensure client satisfaction and retention, you will need to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather feedback to enhance service quality. Regular reporting on branch operations, market insights, and sales performance will be essential for senior management. Building strong connections with industry associations, community organizations, and regulators is also a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the Asset Management or Broking industry with a strong understanding of mutual funds. Product expertise, market knowledge, and a robust network are crucial for success in this role. Strong account management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing job responsibilities are essential requirements.
