Job Description

Role Overview: You will be providing operational and technical leadership in the coordination and successful delivery of work in the Environmental Consent service lines, supporting infrastructure development and other projects in the UK and elsewhere. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring client satisfaction, supporting the production of outputs, and leading local Environmental Consents teams for their development and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Consents team in the Earth & Environment discipline in the UK GCC - Act as the face of the India-based Environmental Consent team - Represent the team's interests and provide leadership for projects - Manage teams and projects effectively, with a focus on consultancy services - Demonstrate strong project management skills for larger, multiple, and complex projects - Drive commercial excellence within projects and teams - Provide technical oversight and guidance for people, teams, proposals, and projects - Produce clear and well-written bid documents and reports - Maintain high-quality standards of work through review and feedback - Collaborate to find and implement solutions for challenges - Promote company values and standards - Interface with multi-disciplinary project teams - Lead and align the iCRC consent team with the wider UK business - Identify opportunities for upskilling or recruiting to enhance services - Develop and maintain client relationships for repeat business and satisfaction - Contribute to bids, marketing material, and operational processes design - Seek feedback for team performance improvement and implement changes - Contribute to achieving performance KPIs Qualifications: - Maintain a client-focused approach - Contribute to knowledge sharing and market awareness - Lead inclusively, define responsibilities, and provide feedback - Motivate staff towards technical progression and innovation - Manage people through change and develop succession plans - Handle conflicts effectively and embrace diverse viewpoints - Proactively influence Health and Safety practices - Ensure successful commercial performance and quality outputs - Identify qualified staff for projects within budget constraints - Mentor others in using systems and processes - Improve personal and team performance - Manage opportunities, risks, and project changes for business advantage - Meet or exceed budget utilizations and earning capacity,
