We're currently hiring for one of the leading CA Firm in Mumbai & Ahmedabad location

Your job responsibilities will include,

Tax Compliance:

• Drafting submissions for faceless assessment and appeal proceedings, penalty submissions for penalty proceedings etc.

• Representing before assessing officer and various other authorities for assessment and appeal proceedings.

• Preparing, vetting and filing return of incomes and TDS returns for individuals, partnership firms,

HUF, companies etc.

• Responding to letters and making compliances to queries of department. Litigation and Representation: -

• Briefing managers, partners and counsels for CIT (appeals), tribunal and high court matters.

• Drafting and preparing submissions and paper books for matters before various appellate authorities.

• Thorough research for technical and legal issues in the appeal matters.

Tax Advisory, Structuring and Planning:

• Providing advisory over domestic /International Taxation.

• Preparing form 15 CA/CB for various clients.

• Advisory and planning overtax structures and evaluating the taxability for the structures.

Other areas:

• Supporting Partners and Managers in day to day assignments.

• Supporting in business development

• Solving day to day queries of client.

• Review of Tax Audit Report, etc.

• Technical updating, by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• 8 to 10+ years in Direct Tax.

• Excellent knowledge of the Indian Direct Tax Laws and the working mechanics of the

• Government departments and dealt with related challenges, to name a few,

• Frequent changes in tax laws and regulations.

• Complex tax assessments and litigations

• Cross-functional data coordination

• Transfer pricing and compliances to support cross border transactions

• Interpersonal skills and collaborative working.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Working presentation skills.
