Job Description

Seeking an experienced professional to lead central integrated planning, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, inventory control, and capacity optimization in a fast-paced environment preferably automobile ancillary industry. Key Responsibilities : Drive end-to-end integrated production and demand planning Optimize inventory levels and capacity utilization across locations Digitize planning processes and align with monthly billing targets Lead production planning, annual sales plans (PSS), and strategic initiatives Enhance flexibility and risk mitigation across product lines Key Requirements : 20+ years of experience in demand planning/forecasting in a large-scale setup Strong P&L understanding and logistics management skills High analytical ability with proven use of forecasting tools Team leadership and excellent communication skills Mandatory SAP (HANA) exposure Experience in manufacturing with complexities Ability to deal and interact with multiple stakeholders board members Education : Bachelor's degree (B.Tech); MBA preferred Show more Show less
