Head Demand Planning and Forecasting

You are an experienced professional sought to lead central integrated planning, encompassing demand forecasting, production scheduling, inventory control, and capacity optimization in a dynamic environment, preferably within the automobile ancillary industry. Your role will involve driving end-to-end integrated production and demand planning, optimizing inventory levels and capacity utilization, digitizing planning processes to align with monthly billing targets, leading production planning, annual sales plans (PSS), and strategic initiatives, as well as enhancing flexibility and risk mitigation across product lines. With over 20 years of experience in demand planning/forecasting within a large-scale setup, you possess a strong understanding of P&L and logistics management, high analytical ability demonstrated through the effective use of forecasting tools, team leadership skills, excellent communication capabilities, mandatory exposure to SAP (HANA), experience in manufacturing with complexities, and the ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders including board members. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) with an MBA preferred.,
