Head Client Acquisition

As a Client Acquisition Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive client acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. You will conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify high-potential startup clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in closing client contracts to secure new business opportunities. It will also be essential for you to monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the client acquisition strategy and identify areas for improvement. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client acquisition will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing industry or a related field. You should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. A strong understanding of the contingency, RPO, and contract staffing models is required. In-depth knowledge of the startup ecosystem and its unique recruitment challenges will be beneficial. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
