Head Client Acquisition

As a Client Acquisition Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive client acquisition strategy that aligns with our company goals and market trends. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough market research to identify and qualify high-potential startup clients. - Delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services. - Negotiating and closing client contracts to secure new business opportunities. - Monitoring and analyzing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the client acquisition strategy and identifying areas for improvement. - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client acquisition. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing industry or a related field. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. - Strong understanding of the contingency, RPO, and contract staffing models. - In-depth knowledge of the startup ecosystem and its unique recruitment challenges. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels. - Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven approach. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
