• Lead and manage all kitchen operations across the restaurant or food unit
• Design and update authentic South Indian menus and ensure quality consistency
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain hygiene and efficiency standards
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgeting
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Coordinate with F&B management for event planning, seasonal menus, and special offerings
• Maintain presentation and taste quality in line with brand standards
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred)
