Head Chef The Head Chef leads all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, consistent presentation, and a clean, safe working environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise kitchen staff and daily operations. Create and update menus; develop new recipes. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards. Control inventory, food costs, and reduce wastage. Train, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff. Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety compliance. Coordinate with management and handle customer feedback when needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role. Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
