Company Description A 70 year old stand alone restaurant in North Goa is seeking a head chef. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef based in Bardez. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and culinary creativity. The Head Chef will manage kitchen staff, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure the quality and presentation of dishes. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, inventory management, and budget control. The role also involves training and mentoring kitchen staff, and closely collaborating with restaurant management to enhance the dining experience.
