As a Head Chef / Sous Chef at our fast-growing Cafe chain with 3 branches in Chennai, your role will involve overseeing daily kitchen operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation, quality control, and team management. Your key responsibilities will be to maintain high culinary standards, manage inventory effectively, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and training kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative work environment, and contributing to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
