Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be a professional from the catering department, with a strong background in hotel management and a proven track record as a Head Chef in a star-rated hotel. This role requires exceptional leadership, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding food experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Develop innovative menus and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, costing, and procurement of kitchen supplies
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain performance and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food trends and continuously enhance culinary offerings

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management with specialization in Culinary Arts or related field
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience, including significant experience as a Head Chef in a star-rated hotel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and modern cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
• Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary:

Negotiable, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
