About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant / Cook to join our small, dynamic food lab. This person will help us prepare, test, and pack vegetarian curry meal kits that are clean, tasty, and ready-to-cook. If you know your way around Indian ingredients, can chop fast, follow recipe precision, and care about hygiene and flavor — we want to talk. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking veg curry prototypes (3–5 recipes weekly) Cut, clean, and portion vegetables with consistency Roast, blend, and portion spice mixes and pastes Support recipe testing and feedback sessions Label and pack meal kits with care and accuracy Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Work with the founder directly in product development Skills & Requirements: Experience in a commercial kitchen or home-cook with serious skills Knowledge of Indian vegetarian ingredients and cooking methods Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen SOPs Can handle mild food prep machinery (mixers, sealers, etc.) Physically fit for daily kitchen prep and standing work Can follow recipes with exact measurements Good communication and a positive team attitude
We are Looking for a Head chef, who is highly skilled in cooking and can assist us with making delicious and healthy food recipes and dishes , preferably North Indian cuisine. He should also be skilled in Kitchen management and be able to manage staff and helper.
