Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef located in Noida. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu development, preparation of meals, and ensuring food quality and consistency. Responsibilities will include managing kitchen staff, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, and sourcing ingredients in line with the company’s ethical and sustainable practices. The Head Chef will be tasked with creating innovative recipes that align with GreeNox’s commitment to healthy, balanced meal options while also addressing dietary sensitivities and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in culinary arts, recipe development, and menu planning
• Experience in leading and managing kitchen teams effectively
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance
• Creativity and innovation in preparing nutritionally balanced, dietary-sensitive gourmet meals
• Ability to work with locally and ethically sourced ingredients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthy or gourmet meal industry is a plus
