As the Head or Executive Chef at Jeyam Residency Group, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations of the upcoming Arabian-themed Biriyani Restaurant in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. Your role will involve developing a unique menu that combines Dindigul, Hyderabadi & Arabian Biriyanis, Mandi, and Kebab varieties. You will oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory and staff, maintain quality control, and ensure food safety standards are met.
