As a Kitchen Manager, your role involves creating and updating caf menus to ensure variety, cost-efficiency, and quality. You will be supervising and coordinating kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep staff, to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency. Your responsibilities also include ordering and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies, as well as ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. You will play a crucial role in training and mentoring kitchen staff to improve their skills and productivity. Collaboration with the front-of-house team is essential to ensure smooth service.
