A high-profile household is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to manage all culinary operations in a private residence. This role demands creativity, precision, confidentiality, and an ability to cater to the personal tastes and dietary preferences of the principal and their guests. The ideal candidate is a culinary professional with a strong background in high-end private service or luxury hospitality, capable of executing a wide range of international and health-conscious cuisines at a world-class standard. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and execute customized daily menus for the principal and family (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) Accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, vegan, etc.) Source and manage high-quality, organic, and locally-sourced ingredients Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and purchasing Maintain a spotless kitchen with strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols Coordinate meal service with household staff and ensure seamless timing Supervise and train Sous Chef or kitchen assistants Provide catering for private events, guests, and special occasions as needed Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head or Executive Chef in private households, luxury hotels, or fine dining Culinary degree or equivalent professional training Strong knowledge of international cuisines and dietary planning Highly discreet, professional, and trustworthy Flexible, with the ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable) Background check and references required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,280.59 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
