Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef – Continental to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality continental cuisine. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food quality, kitchen management, cost control, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute continental menus (Italian, French, Mediterranean, European cuisines).
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Manage food costing, portion control, and wastage reduction.
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and coordination with suppliers.
• Introduce new dishes, seasonal menus, and innovations.
• Coordinate with management on menu pricing and profitability.
• Handle kitchen audits and SOP implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
• 5–10 years of experience in continental cuisine (Head Chef / Sous Chef background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and plating.
• Experience in kitchen operations, costing, and staff management.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,539.30 - ₹54,429.96 per month
