✅ Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic culinary team.

✅ Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier partnerships.

✅ Ensure top-tier hygiene and food safety standards.

✅ Create seasonal specials and themed experiences.

✅ Collaborate with bar and event teams for menu pairings.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

🍽 Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef in a premium or global cuisine setup.

🎓 Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred.
