• Oversee the CDMO sales of marketing functions of Medical Devices/ Medical related products, Polymer compounding business development, contract manufacturing products
• Collaborate and strategic alliance/tie-up/mergers with state/central Government team members/WHO/Medical OEMs/Hospitals, pharmaceutical and other healthcare & life science product manufacturers
• Collaborate with customer R&D & develop the business for new MedTech/Compounded polymer development
• Interact with internal functions like R&D, Manufacturing and Quality to deliver the customer expected results
Developing marketing plans to showcase the company's products and solutions to potential customers and target markets.
Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
Responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance the visibility of the company's products and establish a strong brand presence
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company's customer base for products
Developing and maintaining a consistent brand image that reflects the company's values, quality, and innovation.
Crafting compelling product messaging that highlights the unique features, benefits, and applications of the company's products.
Planning the company's participation in industry-specific trade shows, expos, and conferences to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
Managing the company's online presence through its website, social media platforms, and digital advertising to reach and engage customers
Collaborating with distributors, retailers, and other partners to ensure effective distribution and promotion of medical related/polymer products.
Working in tandem with the business development team to generate leads and nurture them through marketing efforts.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking marketing campaign effectiveness, and using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Identifying potential markets and niches within the MedTech/ medical related industry/polymer industry, both domestically and internationally.
Proactively seeking out new business prospects through networking, cold calls, referrals, and market research.
Gathering insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to shape business development strategies.
Creating detailed proposals that outline MedTech/medical related/plastic product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines for potential clients.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.
Providing regular reports to senior management on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections
