Your Role
As a
Head - Brand Marketing at StayVista,
you will be responsible for shaping and elevating StayVista s brand presence through strategic marketing mix campaigns, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and market-driven brand initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong grasp of branding business strategy with team management skills. As a key figure in the brand and marketing team, you will design and execute high-impact strategies that build brand equity, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
About You
- Define and execute yearly quarterly comprehensive brand strategies that align with StayVista s positioning growth goals.
- Develop and refine brand guidelines, messaging, and communication across touchpoints to foster brand recognition and loyalty.
- Design and manage influencer and celebrity campaigns that highlight StayVista s offerings and unique experiences.
- Lead communication strategy for all digital channels including Instagram, Linkedin, Email Marketing, Whatsapp Marketing, Website Branding.
- Manage PR social media to drive brand reach credibility.
- Work closely with performance marketing and creative teams to drive cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with luxury brands, corporate partners, travel platforms, and influencers to extend StayVista s reach and impact.
- Plan strategic brand partnerships to develop collaborative campaigns focusing on visibility, credibility, and revenue growth.
- Track and analyse each channel performance, optimising based on data-driven insights and emerging trends.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to keep StayVista ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
- Continuously innovate and adapt brand strategies to reflect shifting consumer behaviour and industry dynamics.
- Maintain a brand tracker for the team prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for brand development to discuss with cross-functional leaders.
- Generate organic traffic and improve website ranking and domain authority.
- Create brand awareness and affinity by conducting competitor content analysis and recommending content gaps.
- Knowledgeable in on-page and off-page SEO best practices and content distribution strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, social media, PR or related roles within the luxury or travel brands or tech based startups (preferred).
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, Master s degree preferred.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
