Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor all fabrication, integration, and outfitting activities to ensure efficient, on-schedule project execution
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines, cost management, quality standards, and safety compliance
Coordinate with the procurement team to secure timely and quality materials, streamlining inventory levels and reordering points
Implement rigorous quality standards across all Block construction activities, conducting regular audits to confirm compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
Mentor and guide the Heads of Hull/Steel Fabrication, Pipeshop, and Block Outfitting, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of collaboration
Directly manage the financial performance of the Block Construction Site, tracking expenditures and implementing cost-control strategies.
Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
