Job Description

Experience: 10 - 17 Years Must Have 10+ Years of B2B Enterprise Sales Experience Experience in providing AI solutions / AI-based products, (IT sales) C-Level Stakeholder Engagement Individual Contributor (IC) role. Willingness to travel as required. Key Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on new business development Proven success in selling both IT services and software products to enterprise and mid-market clients Ability to generate leads independently and close high-value deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong understanding of technology trends and client buying behavior Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision Comfortable in a flat, performance-oriented culture Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head – India who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an individual contributor role suited for a motivated self-starter who takes full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate should not depend on pre-qualified leads or support teams. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of selling both services and products to clients across enterprise and mid-market segments. This role requires someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of building a strong pipeline through their networks, research, and outreach. The incumbent should be comfortable in an IC role and capable of managing a team as needed.
