Role & responsibilities

Business development

To achieve budgeted business targets of the region assigned by the management across all parameters i.e. Business, Portfolio & Portfolio quality, housekeeping & cross sell.
Provide strategy and plan for meeting targets / objectives; provide guidance and direction on various parameters of business so that targets are met.
Portfolio quality in terms of Rotations and NPA Control.
Work towards balanced growth of business across various parameters for planned asset growth

Customer service & Competition Analysis

Delivering unmatched customer service.
Understanding the products/ processes of competition and suggesting customized product offerings by taking up with appropriate product teams.
To start business in new locations; for generating business from untapped areas. Retention of existing customers from competition by delivering exceptional service
