Role Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 7–10 sales executives.
Drive daily sales operations and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle luxury property sales across India and Dubai portfolios.
Manage client interactions — from lead qualification to deal closure.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and marketing teams.
Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance across the team.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and HNIs.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or premium segments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong market knowledge (Bengaluru or Dubai preferred).
Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
