Role Area Sales Manager Level Middle Management Purpose of the position The Area Sales Manager for Aluminium Extrusion will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution within the extrusion segment. This role requires a deep understanding of extrusion process and material, market trends, and customer needs, along with strong project management and sales skills. Key Responsibilities of the position: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the assigned region. Identify and acquire new industrial buyers, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), builders, architect, dealers, distributor, fabricators, and contractors. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business. Conduct technical discussions, and provide expert recommendations on suitable aluminium grades, profiles, and finishes. Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals in coordination with management. Work closely with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events in the assigned territory. Market Understanding ¢ Gather market intelligence on new applications, material demand patterns, competitor product grades, and pricing strategies to inform strategic decision- making. ¢ ¢ Track competitor products, pricing, and trends with regular market visit in the assigned region. Maintain regular reporting of sales pipeline and market feedback.

Requirements:
¢ ¢ Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in sales of Industrial OEM / Building material products, preferably with aluminium extruded products. ¢ ¢ An in-depth understanding of aluminium manufacturing processes, alloys, surface treatments, and quality standards. Strong communication skills in English and the local language (as per location). ¢ ¢ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
