Job Description

Sales Executive / Branch Manager / Area Sales Manager

Plan and Implement Sales Activities
: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the designated area to maximize product sales and market share.
Achieve Sales Targets
: Meet or exceed pre-decided volume and value targets for the quarter or financial year, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
Channel Development
: Build and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and retailers in the designated territory according to mutually agreed directives and strategic goals.
Key Account Management
: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing repeat business.
Daily Sales Reporting
: Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) or weekly sales activity reports, providing updates on progress, challenges, and key developments in the field.
Sales Team Support
: Assist sales executives and other team members by providing guidance, training, and support to help them close deals, manage customer relationships, and achieve targets.
Continuous Improvement
: Continuously monitor performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps in sales, market coverage, or customer satisfaction.
