HCLTech is Hiring for International Voice Process & US Technical Support (Blended Process) Noida Location : HCL Technologies, Sector 126, Noida Process Type : 1. International Voice 2. Technical Support (Blended) Roles & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance. Identify and document case categorization, severity, and issue details accurately. Collect relevant information to understand and resolve incidents. Escalate unresolved issues following established procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure smooth resolution. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. For International Customer Service Minimum 1 year of experience in International experience required. For Technical Support Minimum 1 year of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting (preferred for Tech Support roles). Must be a Graduate. Comfortable working in 24x7 US shifts with rotational week-offs. Perks & Benefits: Full-time permanent role (On-roll). Both-side cab facility. Hybrid work model post-probation.
