Job Description

HCL is hiring for Senior Analyst – Bangalore location


Experience:

Work Location:


  • Communication to external and internal stakeholders (Customers) and Sales/Marketing program owners
  • Identifying key issues/ discrepancies related to activities and work with cross functional team for resolution (Order management, Product availability, Products delivery)
  • Coordination with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations team related to programs, product availability, order management
  • Developing KPI and ensuring effectiveness as per defined parameters for related program/order management/inventory management and reconciliation
  • Budget management for program activities like tracking expenses, budget, and expense reconciliation
  • Report generation related to work activity, i.e., program progress, performance, discrepancies, Sales enablement related activities


System Knowledge:


Skills required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Budget Management and Financial analysis, account/ inventory reconciliation skills
  • Customers communication, customers Issue identification and resolution


Education:


We are looking for candidates who are immediate or 10-day notice period.
