Roles & Responsibilities:

• 8- 10 Years of Hands-on experience in Product design and high-speed Board design & development
• Excellent Board Bring-up and Debug, Validation, TDM [Touch Display Module] Sub system integration and System Integration Testing skills
• Extensive Experience in Product debug and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience in various display and touch technologies
• Extensive experience of Lab Test Equipments like Scope, DMM, Waveform Generator etc.
• Excellent communication and Onsite-offshore coordination skills, good interpersonal skills, pleasant manner
• Engage communication with customer SPOCs proactively & regularly. Attend all important meetings and establish good connect with Program Engineer and functional manager at customer site.
• Understanding the customer expectations, program requirements, development process flow and ways of working
• Customer reporting with respect to status report, review of overall tasks and issue/escalation resolutions
• Participate in technical review for issue closure.
• Identifications of Value add opportunities for customer confidence building and business growth
• Go-getter, leader, ability to thrive under pressure
• Communicate customer’s pain points to offshore team and manage customer’s expectations on quality of deliverables and schedule.
• Understand customer concerns (both said and non said) and alert team timely and escalate to well defined escalation path if there’s serious concern that need immediate attention & resolution
• Need to have very good people / team management skills
• Minimize attrition and keep flock together
• Off-boarding” and “replacement” resources with suitable KT process. And monitor the progress and sends weekly status report to all stakeholders.
• Effective communication across all stake holders (customer, vendors, onsite, offshore, support functions and other cross functional teams) to improve
• Productivity
• Saving MS Engineers bandwidth/time and other stake holders time
• Meeting SLAs
• Co-coordinating with cross functional teams
• Should be well versed with project commercial aspects like PO, Billing /Invoices
