Hardware & Networking Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hardware & Networking Incharge to oversee and manage all IT, hardware, and network-related operations in our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, troubleshooting ability, and experience in maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and overall network stability.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networking issues efficiently with minimum downtime.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Maintain IT asset records, AMC details, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, replacements, and IT purchases.
• Ensure data security, network safety, and proper access controls across the organization.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve system-related issues promptly.
• Manage CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and other IT infrastructure.
• Plan and implement upgrades, improvements, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, Hardware & Networking preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of network configuration, troubleshooting, and security practices
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
