Job Summary:

Golden Palace International Convention Centre is looking for a skilled Networking & Computer Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the IT and networking infrastructure of our premises. The candidate should ensure reliable system performance and provide technical support for daily operations and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support for computers, printers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot network issues and monitor performance for uninterrupted connectivity.
• Support IT requirements for events, conferences, LED walls, audio-visual setups, and live programs.
• Manage data backups, system upgrades, and implement IT security protocols.
• Handle network cabling, preventive maintenance, and IT asset documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, service, and procurement.
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems for all departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and CCTV systems.
• Experience in handling event-based IT support is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a service-oriented approach.
