Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Provide general information about the organization. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Keep the reception area tidy and organized. Assist with basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry). Monitor and control access to the premises. Respond to emergency situations following established procedures. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
