Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Hardware & Networking Engineer to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, network devices, and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, sound knowledge of networking, and the ability to provide effective technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform system upgrades, OS installations, patch updates, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor network performance and resolve slowdowns, outages, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system backups.
• Ensure antivirus management, security policies, and compliance with IT standards.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory, logs, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Hardware & Networking Engineer or similar role.
• Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, basic server handling, and network devices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle field work when required.
• Certifications like CCNA, A+, N+ will be an added advantage.

Salary: 15k CTC to 18k CTC
Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
