Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, configure, and maintain high-speed LAN/WAN network infrastructures.
Manage and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 network switches, routers, and other networking hardware.
Perform hardware setup, installation, and maintenance (servers, routers, switches, firewalls).
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply optimization solutions.
Implement and enforce network security policies, access control, and firewalls.
Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve escalated network and hardware issues.
Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support hardware lifecycle and upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware and networking engineering roles.
Cisco Certified (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) — must be current and valid.
Strong experience with high-speed enterprise networks, Layer 2/3 switching, and VLAN configuration.
Proficient with enterprise-grade network devices (Cisco, HP, Juniper, etc.).
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), NAT, ACLs, and QoS.
Familiar with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG).
Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and networking issues.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
