Key Responsibilities : · Recruitment and Staffing : · Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates. · Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. · Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process. · Employee Relations: · Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner. · Provide support for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. · Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws. · Compensation and Benefits: · Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and bonus structures. · Ensure the company offers competitive benefits packages and complies with local laws regarding benefits. · Advise on compensation policies and ensure internal equity. · Compliance and Policy Management: · Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. · Update and implement HR policies and procedures. · Maintain employee records and handle confidential information responsibly.
