We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Repairing Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones and tablets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of smartphone brands, including iOS and Android devices, and be familiar with hardware and software-level repairs.
The SOW for RE is as follows: Hardware support and troubleshooting. Software support includes: Installation and configuration of Windows OS. Installation and configuration of MSO and Email client (Outlook). Installation and configuration of DSC Autodesk products installation and co-ordination with their support team. Adobe Acrobat installation. Other engineering application software. Inventory tracking and management for computer spares and consumables. Inventory management for PCs through Asset Management System. Installation report preparation. Support call management. Remote support for users not in HO (branches and factories) as and when required. Email enquiry and Tender printing. Printer call management. Basic support for LAN and WAN and Firewall Supplier invoice tracking and IT expenses.
