Manage LAN/WAN network setup, cabling, switches, routers, and wireless access points. Configure and maintain IP-based CCTV, biometric attendance devices, and printers. Install and manage operating systems (Windows/Server OS) and basic software applications. Perform regular system backups, updates, and antivirus checks. Monitor network performance and ensure secure, reliable connectivity. Provide technical support to users – onsite and remote. Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure.
