We are seeking a Support Engineer to manage and resolve all technical support requests related to IT infrastructure and audio-visual systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining network systems, computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming technical support calls and service requests efficiently. Diagnose and resolve issues related to: Computer hardware and software Network and internet connectivity Printers and scanners Servers and thin clients Audio-Visual (AV) equipment, including interactive displays and projectors Install, configure, and maintain IT and AV systems as per company standards. Coordinate with vendors or higher-level support teams when required. Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions in the support ticket system. Provide on-site and remote support to customers as needed. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients for issue closure. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with AV systems, servers, and thin client environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
