Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilties:

• Provide comprehensive L1 Support , covering hardware installation , replacement , configuration and preventive maintainance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops , servers , printers , routers and network gear in a timely efficient way.
• Manager support tickets using ticketing tools.
• Install , stage , relocate and maintain hardware systems ensuring network uptime and reliability.
• Stay on call for high priority hardware failure situations and act swiftly.
• Identify inefficiencies , propse improvements and contribute to smoother support operations.

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of hardware support or desktop support experience .
• Skills in hardware diagnostics , troubleshooting and technical support across PCs, laptops , servers and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking (LAN/WAN , DHCP , DNS , TCP/IP).
• Good communication and documentations skills.
