Job Overview We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to drive R&D, prototyping, and product innovation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in circuit design, PCB layout, testing, and optimizing hardware for production. Key Responsibilities Circuit & PCB Design: Develop schematics, design multilayer PCBs, and generate Gerber files. Prototype Development: Build, test, and refine working prototypes. Component Selection & BOM Management: Optimize component choices for efficiency and cost. Testing & Debugging: Validate performance, troubleshoot hardware issues, EMI/EMC compliance. Collaboration: Work with software, mechanical, and assembly teams to develop integrated solutions. Transition to Manufacturing: Ensure designs are production-ready and scalable. Required Skills Strong knowledge of electronics components and circuit design. Expertise in PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.). Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and validation testing. Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and optimize designs. Knowledge of BOM preparation and version control. Familiarity with signal integrity, power management, and EMI/EMC standards.
