The role involves preparing patients for radiological procedures and ensuring patient care and safety throughout the procedure. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for protecting patients, yourself, and staff from radiation exposure by following sound procedures that adhere to or exceed industry standards. Additionally, you will develop and process radiological film, ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. A crucial aspect of the job is to promptly report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor and to identify and file necessary reports as required. Maintaining cleanliness in the X-ray room and work environment is essential. You will also be expected to suggest and implement improvements in work methods. In this role, you will handle telephone calls and address patient complaints effectively. Furthermore, you may be assigned other duties by higher authorities based on operational needs. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location is in person.
