Job Summary: The Business Collaboration and Partnership Manager will play a key role in developing and managing strategic alliances to drive business growth. This position involves identifying and cultivating partnerships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring effective collaboration between the company and its partners. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development: Identify potential partners aligning with the company's strategic objectives. Develop and maintain a robust partnership pipeline. Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities based on business goals. Negotiation and Agreement: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with legal and relevant stakeholders to finalize partnership contracts. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications. Address and resolve issues to ensure a positive and productive partnership. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align partnership activities with overall business strategies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly assess and report on their performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance partnership outcomes. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations for potential collaboration opportunities based on market analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to understand and align partnerships with business objectives. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Familiarity with relevant industry trends and market dynamics Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a similar role within the [industry/sector]. Role Overview We are looking for a Manager – Partnerships with strong AMC domain knowledge and experience working with MFDs on a regular basis . The ideal candidate will be someone who can build strategic partnerships , understand distributor pain points , and collaborate with AMCs to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with AMCs and MFDs to support business objectives. Understand MFDs’ challenges, business models, and requirements to provide effective solutions. Work closely with AMC leadership teams to explore partnership opportunities. Manage end-to-end AMC engagement including onboarding, integrations, and collaborations. Represent the company in CXO-level discussions with AMCs and strategic partners. Stay updated on FinTech industry trends and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve offerings for MFDs and AMCs. Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience working with AMCs, MFDs, or related FinTech businesses . Proven track record of managing AMC relationships and engaging with distributors regularly . Strong understanding of the Mutual Fund industry, SEBI regulations, and FinTech ecosystem . Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills – especially with CXO-level executives . Ability to analyze market trends , identify business opportunities, and create impactful strategies . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
