INHOUSE SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients and team members in all three languages. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering continuous support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling will be crucial. Monitoring sales performance, creating reports, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing departments will also be part of your role. Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints to maintain customer satisfaction are key responsibilities. Collaborating with team members to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and achieve collective sales goals will be expected. This is a full-time position with day shift hours, requiring on-site presence at the work location.
