Service Support Coordinator

As a Service Support professional at our company, your role will involve handling complaints, installation, and commissioning activities across PAN INDIA. Your responsibilities will include: - Acknowledging complaints and requesting detailed information such as invoice copies and nature of the complaint from clients. Once the details are received, you will escalate the requests to the appropriate team. - Analyzing issues, corresponding with clients via email, and coordinating to resolve the complaints efficiently. - Following up with clients regularly for updates through calls and emails. If necessary, arranging virtual guidance calls with our engineers. - Sending service quotations, Performa invoices, and ensuring that the service invoice is raised by designated personnel upon completion of the work. - Collaborating with manufacturers when replacement materials are required for clients. - Coordinating with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of replacement materials to clients or our warehouse/head office. In cases of material stuck in transit, following up with transporters and couriers for prompt delivery. - Organizing travel arrangements such as bus or train tickets for engineers visiting outstation sites. - Maintaining daily updates of complaints, installations, commissioning, and project-related information in Excel sheets. - Compiling handing over documents for projects and ensuring smooth closure of complaints by sending feedback forms and service reports. - Overseeing the maintenance of the Spencer Plaza office. Additionally, this role falls under the category of Service Support and is a full-time position based in Chennai.
