Service Support Coordinator :
1) Knowledge of Computer Service Support
2) Coordination with the customer and understand their service support requirement
3) Identify the issue with the senior support team member
4) Arrange onsite Engineer for service support
5) Arrange onsite Engineer for installation of the Computers
6) Take Reports from service support partner on daily, weekly and monthly basis
7) Take Call completion report from the on field engineer
8) Arrange spare parts from the HO and send it to the location
9) Pick up faulty parts from the customer location and send it to the vendors for the warranty claim
10) Coordination with internal departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
