Accountant : 1) Knowledge of Tally. 2) Knowledge of Accounting and Finance 3) Sales and Purchase in Tally 4) Bank Reconciliation 5) Relationship with Bank and Bank work like BG, general account matching, etc. 6) Vendor Payment Management 7) Salary, PF working of the employees 8) TDS, TCS, GSTR Working 9) Stock Statement working with the Banks 10) Overall Account and finance management and daily, weekly, monthly report preparation (Monthly P&L).
Logistic Co-Ordinator : 1) Knowledge of Logistics and courier for general day to day naterial. 2) Coordination with Courier companies 3) Arranging Daily pick up from Office/warehouse. 4) Maintaining all Docket details and following up with Logistics vendors for timely delivery. 5) Coordination with customers for pick up of rejected/service material/spare parts, etc. 6) Invoice checking and reporting to accounts for payments of logistics vendors 7) Making and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports. 8) Responsible for all the material pick up and drop. 9) Coordination with internal accounts and operations team.
