Project Management: • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers tailed to the industry requirements • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables Training and Documentation • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Travel: • Willingness to travel to client sites as required, including international travel if necessary. • Flexibility to accommodate travel schedules and client needs. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP PP/QM, Consultant, with a focus on greenfield S/4HANA implementations. • In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module, including production planning, quality inspections, batch management, and integration with other SAP modules • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and business operations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering workshops. • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus. Preferred skills: • Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP MM (Materials Management) in the context of life sciences/pharma. • Familiarity with FDA regulations, GMP, and other industry-specific compliance requirements. • Knowledge of S/4HANA and latest SAP technologies. • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
