Job Description/Responsibilities: Candidate should be strong in Core ABAP + S4HANA Implementation/Migration Good hands-on knowledge on Core ABAP and OOABAP Must have Implementation and Migration to S4HANA Good hands-on experience and knowledge is required on OData, CDS, AMDP, RAP Experience in SAP Enhancement Framework Experience in Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Script, User Exits. Dictionary, Business Add-In, BADIs, Data Interfaces, RFC, ALE, ALV, IDOCS, BDC, BAPI, BDC, LSMW, Web-UI. Good Knowledge on SAP Tables Fields, Domains and on creating Search Help. Experience in SQL Trace, SAP Run time analysis, Debugging ABAP, Query Info Sets. Experience with report development, performance tuning, modification, and support of SAP customized and standard programming. Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM modules (Org Management, Time Management, Payroll) in SAP S/4HANA. Design, configure, and optimize SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements. Work closely with HR business leaders and IT teams to understand and document business processes and requirements. Manage SAP HCM project deliverables including timelines, budgets, risks, and resources. Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and functional design activities. Ensure quality assurance through unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Supervise and mentor junior consultants, assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables. Coordinate with technical teams for development, interfaces, and custom enhancements. Provide leadership in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Support projects with deep involvement in strategy and execution. Oversee post-go-live support, change management, and continuous process improvement. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Strong implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA. Proven track record in Greenfield, Brownfield, and support projects. Excellent knowledge of core HCM processes PA/OM, Time Management, and Payroll. Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders. Experience managing full project lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP HCM or S/4HANA certification. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or Fiori. Global implementation experience is a plus. Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.

Expertise on the concepts of in-memory computing, columnar storage, and data compression in HANA Experience working on SAP BW components (InfoObjects, DSO, Cube, PSA, etc)Support ETL development using Process Chains, Transformation rules, and DTPs Collaborate with senior team members to understand SAP BW architecture and deployment practices Learn and apply concepts of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance Assist in testing, documentation, and deployment of BW objects and reports Exposure to SAP HANA Studio / Eclipse, SAP GUI, or BW Modelling Tools is advantageous Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Familiarity with SQL / relational databases is required Willingness to learn and get certified in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud or related tools
